The Santa Cruz Children’s Museum of Discovery presents the Mobile MOD Science Classroom
Our program brings science to life with STEM lessons to TK-5th grade in a range of interactive, hands-on experiments and activities. All lessons are aligned with both Next Generation Science Standards and Common Core Standards. Our lessons include topics such as: Lego simple machines, owl pellet dissection, states of matter, geological studies, and more.
Mobile MOD lessons are...
Fun, interactive, hands-on and focused on Next Generation Standards.
Appropriate for TK - 5 grade.
Led by experienced science instructors.
Between 30 - 50 minutes in length
Designed for multiple sessions in the same classroom over 4 to 8-week periods
Cost $90/session with a 10% discount for additional sessions held in the same school in consecutive time slots.
